How to Return Your Item

To initiate a return, please visit our website at breadbutterfarm.sbs and complete the returns form. You will be provided with a mailing label and instructions on how to return your product to:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from BreadButterFarm.

Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged, we will be happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at +39 06 678 1234 to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 days. All payments are made in €.
